The only reason I give four stars instead of five is the turnaround took a week longer than initially estimated due to a part delay, but they kept me informed and the extra wait was worth it. What impressed me most was the educational aspect. When I dropped off my vintage Rolex Datejust, Kuo spent 20 minutes explaining how the movement worked and what the service would entail. The diagnostic report he provided was incredibly detailed, and I learned so much about properly caring for mechanical watches. This is watchmaking as it should be practiced.

I had been looking for someone capable of servicing my Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Calendar, which has both annual calendar and moon phase complications. Horavita's team handled it beautifully. The moon phase now tracks accurately, all calendar functions advance correctly, and the timing report shows excellent regulation. Worth every dollar of the complication service fee.

My Seiko Grand Seiko needed regulation after developing a timing issue. The diagnostic service was very thorough, and Kuo was able to improve the rate significantly through careful adjustment. While not cheap, the service was professional and the results speak for themselves. I would have appreciated slightly faster turnaround, but the quality of work made it worthwhile.
