Our diagnostic service can help determine the current health of your movement.

We carefully disassemble the entire movement, clean each component using specialized solutions, inspect parts under magnification for wear, replace gaskets and seals, apply fresh lubricants to specific points according to manufacturer specifications, reassemble and regulate the movement, test water resistance where applicable, and provide you with a detailed service report. The process typically takes three weeks from drop-off to collection.

We service most Swiss and Japanese mechanical movements, including pieces from independent watchmakers. For certain haute horlogerie brands with proprietary components, we work closely with authorized parts suppliers to source genuine materials. During your initial consultation, we will assess your specific watch and provide an honest recommendation about whether we can service it to the standard it deserves.

Service pricing varies based on the complexity of your movement. A diagnostic and regulation service begins at NT$9,800, while a complete mechanical service for a standard three-hand watch is NT$24,000. Watches with complications such as chronographs or calendar mechanisms start at NT$58,000 due to the additional time and specialized expertise required. We provide a detailed estimate before beginning any work, and pricing includes all standard parts and labor.

We treat each timepiece with the respect it deserves. Your watch is logged into our secure tracking system upon arrival, stored in our climate-controlled workspace, and handled only by our trained horologists. We maintain professional indemnity insurance and can provide references from collectors and enthusiasts who have trusted us with their pieces. You are welcome to visit our atelier and see our workspace before committing to service.

We follow a philosophy of preservation rather than unnecessary replacement. Components are only changed when they show significant wear that affects performance or reliability. When replacement is needed, we contact you before proceeding and provide the option to retain original parts. For vintage watches, we source period-appropriate components whenever possible to maintain authenticity and collector value.
